Kanye West is facing more challenges with his planned concerts, as his upcoming show in New Delhi has reportedly been suspended due to security concerns.

The controversial rapper was scheduled to perform on May 23 at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, but organizers, White Fox, announced on Friday that the concert would be canceled following warnings from government authorities and police because of the capital’s current high-alert security situation.

According to TMZ, the concert is expected to be rescheduled for October. Meanwhile, fans who purchased tickets for the nearly sold-out event will reportedly receive full refunds.

The performance had already been postponed once before from its original March 29 date due to rising socio-political tensions.

Kanye West has continued to face serious backlash following his previous antisemitic remarks, which significantly damaged both his public image and business relationships. Several major companies ended partnerships with him after the controversy.

Despite issuing public apologies, many brands and organizations have continued distancing themselves from the rapper because of repeated controversial behavior and statements.

It appears that Kanye West is still trying to rebuild his career and public reputation. However, ongoing controversies and criticism continue to affect his influence and public acceptance.
