Katy Perry in serious accusation from Ruby Rose after the film star claiming that she assaults her back from 16 years ago.
The assault accusation is current on trending list online, accuse the pop start of assaulting Australian actress.
According to TMZ, prosecutors in Australia say there’s no statute of limitations that prevents bringing the case, Katy is under police investigation following Ruby’s stunning claims the singer sexually assaulted her at a nightclub in Melbourne in 2010.
Ruby recently wrote on Threads she’s no longer allowed to speak about the case after she filed a police report accusing Katy of rubbing “her disgusting vagina on my face.”
The actress, who is now 40, claims the incident occurred when she was in her early 20s and says it caused her to vomit.
Rose wrote, “Before you jump to conclusions, nothing horrific happened, nor have I ever been hit with a DUI – but I just had enough.” She noted she was 90 days sober at the time she wrote the piece.
Katy’s rep pushed back hard on Ruby, telling TMZ “The allegations being circulated on social media by Ruby Rose about Katy Perry are not only categorically false, they are dangerous, reckless lies.”
Kat has not yet charged from sexual assault claims, as Police still on investigation upon the allegation, as if the evidence founded, then Australian prosecutors will officially charge the singer.
