Young Africans’ Yanga dismissed CAS’s response over their appeal case against TFF, TPLB and Simba S.C.
Young Africans have shown dissatisfactions from CAS”s response, as they have been instructed to resolve the matter internally before reach to them.
Based with final decision made by CAS, the responsible court has re-directed Young Africans to TFF for resolution of their ongoing dispute.
The Court of Arbitrary for Sport reviewed the previous decision made by TFF and TPLB about cancelation of Kariakoo derby.
The response is really annoying Young Africans, as they asked their team supporters to stand against alleged inequality and oppression against them.
The ongoing dispute emerged following decision of TPLB to cancel the Kariakoo derby in a schedule date, March 8, after Simba SC vow to boycott the match.
Simba club was threatening to boycott the match, after they were prevented to enter into Benjamin Mkapa stadium for preparation of facing Young Africans.
After the incident, spokesman from the board has addressed the issue, said Simba didn’t notify neither officials nor Yanga about their plan of using that stadium which led to miscommunications.
Young Africans “Yanga” club is blaming the board for violating FIFA rules of suspending the match without a reasoning and plan a re-match, as well double standards.
Yanga has highlighted three demands to TFF; three points for them and points deduction from Simba, reshuffle of TPLB, and no re-match with their opponent.
