Social Media reacts after Young Africans vs Simba match canceled

Both supporters of Simba SC and Young Africans SC (Yanga) have shared their views following match between the two giants canceled just few hours before the show-off.

Simba club was the first one to boycott the match after they were stopped from entering Benjamin Mkapa stadium for the preparation of Kariakoo derby this night.

According to football board of Tanzania, Simba were prevented to enter to the stadium for preparation of derby match because they weren’t comply with regulations, and yet allowed for preparation but they boycott because they were forced to enter with limited number of participants.

Young Africans released statement to condemn the situation raised by Simba SC, they were demanded the match to be proceeded as was set.

The board decided to cancel the match with an official statement, but Young Africans reject it as they blaming the board for double standards, and instruct both players and club supporters to attend the ground for evening match.

The match is postponed to unknown day, but the board insists that the schedule will be set shortly after the matter put on table, as board seek for common ground reached between these giants clubs.
