Tekashi 6ix9ine’s mother pens a letter to judge begging for forgiveness
Tekashi 6ix9ine‘s mother pleads a judge for a mercy, joining his son and prosecutors who did the same beg for short sentence following his testimony few months ago.
According to documents obtained from his case, Tekashi’s sentence could be shortened if he shows enough cooperation to feds, and he did after testify against his old gang members.
The rapper is under the pressure as his sentence to be announced next week after another sexual assault case he is facing different from this one.
In her letter, 6ix9ine’s mother asserts that despite the pain writing the letter has caused her, she would do anything for her son. “This letter is to ask you for leniency in the name of Lord Jesus Christ, have mercy on my son Daniel Hernandez,” 6ix9ine’s mother writes. “I write this with anguish and a heavy heart. The pain that writing this has caused me is unsurpassed, but I would do anything for my son, Daniel Hernandez, because of the good heart and sweet soul that he always was and still is today.”
He was arrested on federal charges in November of 2018. In January, he pleaded guilty to the charges. Months later, in September, he testified against his two former Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods associates Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack and Anthony “Harv” Ellison, the latter of whom was convicted of kidnapping 6ix9ine this past October.
