Ahmed Ally Simba‘s Information and Communication Manager has revealed that there are indeed plans being made regarding Cesar Lobi Manzoki, a citizen of DR Congo, but he made it clear that so far there is nothing between him and Bobosi Byaluhanga, a citizen of Uganda.
Manzoki and Bobosi have been on Simba’s radars since the registration period of the big window where for Manzoki, they already reached an agreement with him personally and signed an initial two-year contract before Vipers made it difficult for the striker to go to China.

The small registration window has officially opened today, Friday, where it is expected to continue for a period of one month until January 17, 2023.

Speaking to Championi on Friday, Ally said: “There has been a lot of information about our registration plans and already some players have been linked directly to Simba, including Manzoki and Bobosi.
“Regarding Manzoki, it is true that I know the management has been planning to ensure that he becomes a Simba player, despite the fact that it is too early to talk about this.
“But Bobosi, as far as I know, there is no plan to sign him, maybe if there will be new information about the needs of the coach, but for now, I should ask Nanasimba to be calm and wait for the club’s official announcement.”
