Real Madrid has finalized Eden Hazard transfer for fee of £130m from Chelsea, both clubs confirm the news.

Hazard underwent his medical before putting pen to paper as thousands of Real fans flocked to welcome their newest recruit.

According to talkSPORT, Real president Florentino Perez and Hazard put pen-to-paper on his contract before moving to the trophy room to pose with the famous white shirt ahead of a presentation ceremony.

Perez addressed the crowd, saying: “Everyone who loves this club feels a special emotion. A uniquely talented player with extraordinary quality comes to play at our club.”

He added: “Eden, you are where you wanted to be. This was your dream, your dream has come true and you are here to defend the shirt.

After being introduced by Perez, Hazard said: “I want to win many titles with Real Madrid, in this shirt. This has been my dream since I was a child and now I’m here. I just want to enjoy this moment.”

At his first official press conference as a Real player, Hazard said: “I plan to enjoy myself, because here at Real Madrid you have to win as much as possible.

“Hopefully I can write another page in the history of the club. There is not one star here but a whole team of stars.”

On his new head coach, Zinedine Zidane, Hazard said: “Everyone knows Zidane has been my idol since I was a child, and him being Madrid boss was an important factor for me coming here.
