Katlego Maboe was in a very public cheating scandal and abuse claims made against him by his former partner, Monique Muller. Following his live performance during Mama Mia, a Mother’s Day concert organised by All Star Concerts and singer Emo Adams, Katlego Maboe shared how grateful he was to be able to return to doing what he loves in a lengthy post on Instagram.

“This past Mother’s Day weekend represented a rebirth of sorts – an occasion overflowing with so much love, energy and pure fun,” he wrote in the caption.
Maboe also thanked all those involved, including fellow performers Tracy Lange, Tarryn Lamb and Belinda Davids, for making the event “a soul replenishing experience” for him.
