Miss Universe Zozibini Tunzi lambasted South Africa justice system for allegedly failing to protect victims who suffered from abuse and rape.
As you know, Zozibini has been a vocal for gender based violence and equality in South Africa since she gained her current status.
According to stats, gender based violence in South Africa is in bad state, as many cases filed across the country but the justice system looked slowly on processing those accusations.
We have seen many celebs especially women now days are using social media platform to expose alleged perpetrators in a wake of GBV movement.
Our Miss universe believe something is not right in justice system, that is why she stick on these topics to help women.
Zozibini recently expresses her dismissal for justice system on how they are treating victims, “I haven’t been on Twitter and just waking up this morning to catch up on the happenings of the weekend has been heavy,” she wrote on Twitter.
She said she was saddened by the failure of the system to protect victims, particularly those of rape and abuse.
“The justice system is extremely flawed when it comes to the protection of victims of rape and abuse, especially if the accused is in a position of power.”
Zozibini take a blame to the justice system after find out some celebs especially women defend and condemning Euphonik for using his social media, attacking the woman accused him and DJ Fresh of rape.
Boity Thulo is among of those celebrity slammed Euphonik with savage message, even him calling a “ville” for trying to prove his innocence using social media attacks.
She said, “You’re being a vile a**hole. This is not a joke!!!…… “You’re being accused of the most violent crime and you’re turning it into a sh*ts and giggles circus!
“Either confess or let your lawyers handle this. But what you’re doing here on Twitter is disgusting!” she tweeted.
