The African princess Yvonne Chaka Chaka denies the reports that she was deported from Uganda after immigration and security authorities released a statement.
The musician was due to perform in Uganda, Ugandan Police spokesman said she was deported because she had incorrect visa.
Ugandan police spokesperson Fred Enanga said: “It was done by our officials so that we maintain the integrity of our immigration rules for all visitors to our country. We are hopeful that Ms Yvonne will once again visit our country when she applies for the correct visa.”
After the news surfaced on internet, Yvonne Chaka Chaka took her Twitter and denied the reports, she said decided not to perform.
“I took a decision not to appear because there were just too many things I could not understand or explain.”
Statement from singer is different from Ugandan authorities, its looks like there were something behind her deportation that’s why their statements cause so much frustration to public.
