Lil Wayne and Kodak Black are among celebs included in other 73 received pardon from Donald Trump early today before he left white house.
As we reported, both rappers included on the list which announcement was set to be made public in one large batch on Tuesday, with a few to be following on Wednesday morning.
Rapper Lil Wayne, who is big supporter of president Trump was charged with possession of firearms.
He was arrested back in 2019, found illegally possessing a loaded weapon while traveling to Miami on a private jet.
Lil Wayne pled guilty to the firearms charge Friday in Miami, and his sentencing is scheduled for next month. Weezy, who was convicted of a felony gun charge in NY back in 2009, is now facing up to 10 years in prison.
Kodak Black was arrested back in 2019, charged for possession of weapons and drugs on the border between U.SA and Canada.
Kodak was sentenced to 46 months in prison for making a false statement on a Federal document, served nearly half his sentence.
Both rappers got clemency due to their involvement of helping children, charitable organisations and other people in need.
