The Game’s income seized by the court order to pay off the woman accused the rapper $7 million for alleged sexual assault case.
According The Blast, a Federal Court judge has granted a motion brought by a woman named Priscilla Rainey. She is trying to collect on the millions owed from the rapper.
Rainey was a contestant on The Game’s VH1 dating reality show “She’s Got Game.” She brought a lawsuit against The Game in 2015. In the suit, she accused him of sexually assaulted her during production when he forcefully reached his hand inside her dress and rubbed her bare vagina and buttocks.
The case dragged on for over a year, but a jury eventually awarded Rainey $7 million in damages. Rainey has been trying to find creative ways to seize property and assets from The Game.
As The Blast first reported, last year, a Federal Court judge ordered all of The Game’s income or royalties paid from eOne or Sound Exchange were to go directly to Rainey. The order warned he could be found in contempt of court if he failed to comply.
