The controversial rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine wants to serve remained sentence at home or in a community correctional facility because he believes he’s at great risk in jail.
According to TMZ, Tekashi’s lawyer, Lance Lazzaro, just filed docs, asking the judge to allow him to serve the rest of his 24-month sentence under home confinement or in a community correctional facility.
6ix9ine claims his safety is seriously at risk because he ratted on the Nine Trey Gangster Bloods, and he says the private jail he’s currently in is chock-full of Blood gang members.
The rapper sentenced to 24 months in jail last months as plea deal of his racketeering case after shown enough cooperation to feds over his former gang activities and members.
He already served 14 months but now he concerns about his safety after testify against Blood gang members.
