Simphiwe Dana blames Arts and Culture minister, Nathi Mthethwa for failing to help artists during the COVID pandemic.
Simphiwe was among of those artists who have expected minister Nathi to help artists during the pandemic.
Many artists were depending the department to find a better way boosting them by providing relief because they are more depending on gigs.
Some of them they revealed their financial woes, went through traumatic situation even failing to pays bills.
Despite recent gigs she got, Simphiwe Dana use her Twitter platform calls out Nathi Mthethwa for staying idle without pushing anything for entertainment.
She wrote, “The fact that I’m a whole IT artist and general thinker and you debase me like this. After all the quality music I’ve given you.”
The songstress also called out the minister’s “useless spokesperson”, whom she said, “just hates everyone”.
