Mzansi entertainment is morning the death of Loxion Kulca Co-Founder, Wandi “DJ 1D” Nzimande.
The news of his death is circulating on social media, fans in entertainment and artists pay tribute to the icon for his contribution in the industry.
Condolences are poured to Kaya FM – where he worked as dj. The radio released a statement upon DJ 1D death.
“Wandi was a friend and brother to so many staff members. We will miss his genuine interactions with people in the building and the work ethic he brought into every mix. It has been a real honor working with a cultural icon like him,” said Ncebakazi Manzi, Kaya FM’s Acting Programming Manager.
Some stars in entertainment like Cassper Nyovest, Black Coffee and others pay tribute to DJ 1D.
“@Dj1D what a legend.. grootman laka. Always had something nice to say, something motivating. Thank you for showing us that it’s possible. For showing us that local is not only lekker but it superior. Rest in peace Bra Wandi,” Cass wrote on Twitter.

A legendary actress pronounced dead this week, she will be remembered for her acting on big screen tv shows like Isidingo.
Lindiwe’s family confirmed her death and release the statement, “It is with heavy hearts and unimaginable sadness that we bring you the news of Lindiwe Thembeka Ndlovu passing in her home this morning 11th January,” reads the statement.
