Kim Kardashian has applauded Kanye West for making her be the woman we see today despite their divorce settlement.
We have witnessed on how Kim is supportive to ex-husband, it is clear she is regret be with him. She recently attended the rapper’s album listening party for “Donda” in Atlanta, Georgia.
The KKW & SKIMS founder shares the biggest lesson she learnt from Kanye on Dax Shepard’s podcast.
On perception Vs reality discussion, media personality mogul said she leant on how to handle perception and focus more on her life.
“It (perception) used to bother me more, and now I’m just like focused on living my life and I don’t really care about perception,” the KKW beauty founder told Kristen.
“I think that comes with experience and age to where you just don’t care. But I think a lot of the experiences in life that I have had, like I used to care so much about so many more things in this business and in this life that I genuinely just don’t have the energy for,” she continued.
Speaking about how she learnt to handle it, Kim said she learnt from Kanye after during the time they were together in relationship.
“I got to a point—and maybe being in a relationship with Kanye for a decade and someone that absolutely didn’t care about likeability factor or what any of perception of him was,” Kim said, “as long as he was true to himself, that taught me so much in the best way of just being me and living in the moment.”
“You don’t have to please everyone as long as I’m myself and as long as I’m doing it the way that I want to,” she continued. “Like, you have one life and you’re living it for you. That taught me to just be more confident in myself and truly not care as much of what other people thought.”
