DJ Euphonik is under fire for comment he made soon after NPA announcing that it will not prosecute them over rape accusations.
On Tuesday, NPA decided not to prosecute DJ Fresh and Euphonik after find out that there are insufficient evidences against them.
DJ Fresh and Euphonik accused of rape after a woman accused the duo of raping and drugging her, along with three other women, 10 years ago.
As we reported, the NPA North Gauteng spokesperson Lumka Mahanjana said there was insufficient evidence to prosecute Fresh and Euphonik upon perusal of the docket.
“With regards to the DJs Fresh and Euphonik matter, the docket was indeed presented to the prosecutor.
“Upon perusal of all the available evidence in the docket, a decision not to prosecute was taken. There are no prospects of successful prosecution on the available evidence, because the evidence is insufficient,” said Mahanjana.
After the announcement, Euphonik took to his TL, put on blast those who rise their voice, condemning them for the crime they did not commit.
“Shout out to the toxic feminist brigade who are conscious liars and delusionists that don’t know the difference between fact or fiction.
“You can’t rape someone you’ve never met and don’t know. No matter how much you want to believe it it won’t make it true,” he tweeted.
His comment divide followers, some backing him but others slam him, feeling that it is offended to those who raise their voices against GBV.
