Enhle Mbali has filed for restraining order against Black Coffee after allegedly abused her last week when she had lavish party for her 33rd birthday.
According to docs obtained by Daily Sun, Enhle is accusing her ex-husband, real name Nkosinathi Maphumulo for abuse at the Randburg Magistrate Court this week.
According Enhle, this is not the first time for Black Coffee to hit her, she told the court that the incident happened in front of her guests.
The party was organized by Nono Event – the firm that were also responsible for the wedding of actress Letoya Makhene and Lebo Keswa.
Her party was attended by some celebrities including Zinhle Mabena, Moja Love presntre Ntombi Ngcobo and others.
The docs read; “Two incidents happened this weekend …. Friday and SUNDAY. On the 5th of March he drove into our home and asked to have a conversation that I agreed to. He was polite until we were alone.
“Nathi asked me why I was throwing a dinner without his permission. I then asked why I needed his permission, and he said because it’s his house. I then told him it’s our home and am puzzled, he then threatened to call the cops to shut it down.
“He was at this point shouting…. And the guests that had already arrived where(sic) watching.”

Enhle told court that the second incident happened on Sunday, and it was very aggressive, she claimed he hit her hand, pushing her and continuing shouting.
The actress and fashion designer told court that Black Coffee paid visit without informing her, which was inappropriate to the situation.
Enhle recall the first time when he hit her back in 2014, the docs read…. “Nathi has hit me before in 2014 and I saw that same look on his face. He’s scaring me as he is becoming irrational. I do have a scratch on my hand from the incident.”
